Dnd Cleaning Solutions Inc. was established in 2018 with a clear vision: bring professionalism, transparency, and accountability to the commercial cleaning industry. What started as a small team serving a handful of local businesses in Hamilton has grown into a full-service facility maintenance provider covering the entire Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Today, DnD Spark employs over 50 trained cleaning professionals and serves more than 200 active client accounts across multiple industry sectors.
Our growth has been driven entirely by referrals and long-term client relationships. We have never prioritized rapid expansion over service quality. Every new client is onboarded with the same attention to detail as our very first account. Our leadership team brings combined decades of experience in facility management, operations, and business development, ensuring that DnD Spark operates with the rigor of a large corporation and the personal touch of a family business.

Our Team
Every member of the DnD Spark team undergoes a comprehensive onboarding process that includes criminal background checks, WHMIS training, product handling certification, and equipment operation training. Our cleaners are trained in industry best practices for each surface type and cleaning scenario. We provide ongoing education through monthly team meetings, quarterly skills workshops, and annual recertification programs. Our supervisors average over eight years of commercial cleaning experience and conduct regular on-site quality inspections.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
We believe that exceptional cleaning should not come at the expense of the environment. DnD Spark prioritizes the use of Green Seal certified cleaning products, microfiber cleaning systems that reduce water and chemical consumption by up to 95 percent compared to traditional methods, and color-coded cloth systems that prevent cross-contamination.
